AVAILABLE SERVICES
COMPREHENSIVE
TEAM EVALUATIONS help coaches better understand the individual
differences of the team members and team dynamics which in turn is used
to enhance athlete and team
performance. The assessment includes interviews
with the coaching staff
and each team member, observations
of the athletes and coaches in practice and in competitive situations
(when permissible), and evaluations
of each athlete's specific strengths, weaknesses, and personality
dynamics.
The Comprehensive Team Evaluation is summarized in an easy-to-read-and-follow
written report
which documents the team dynamics and issues, each player's personal
areas of strength and weakness, and specific
recommendations on ways to enhance
team and athlete performance.
ON-GOING CONSULTATION by telephone and/or e-mail
with coaches through the current season is included. Each athlete
is provided feedback on his/her results with an opportunity to ask
questions about the results.
ATHLETE SPECIFIC ASSESSMENTS are also available when
individual athletes want to learn ways to improve the mental aspects of
his/her game. This type of assessment is very similar to the team
assessment but with an emphasis on only one athlete.
